There are two conference rooms at Greyton Lodge – a large one which can seat up to 50 people, and the library which when used as a board room can seat up to 14 people. Both rooms have all the equipment most companies require such as overhead projector, flip chart, white board etc. In the large conference room the tables are arranged in a U shape, while in the Library, delegates sit around a large conference table.

With its well-equipped, air-conditioned conference rooms, Greyton Lodge has become a popular venue for such well known companies as Appletiser, Foschini, Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Clicks, BP, Home Choice, Masholdings, Old Mutual, Metropolitan, Capitec Bank, Overberg Tourism, Sanlam, Boland PKS and numerous others.
As well as being able to conduct business in well-resourced facility, the delegates who attend conferences at Greyton Lodge often leave feeling that they have had a true break from the stress and rush of city life. When business is concluded for the day they can put on their riding boots or walking shoes and head for the hills, or wander down to the river with rod, reel and lures. Or else they can simply wander the quiet gravel streets, admiring the old oak trees and roses for which Greyton is renowned. After breathing in the fresh country air, relaxing, and often getting a new perspective on things, they can then return to see what delicious meal is in store for them from our kitchens.
Our dinner and lunch menus change daily. In the evenings we serve a three-course meal, with a choice of two main courses. Lunch is a two-course affair and breakfast consists of buffet followed by a full cooked English breakfast. We’re very happy to discuss the menu with you and can alter it to suit special dietary needs, such as vegetarian and Halaal. Braais can be arranged on request.

In addition to being used as a conference centre, Greyton Lodge has been the venue for fashion shoots and product launches, the most recent of these being the international launch of Jaguar XK 2006 and the national launch of BMW X5 2007. We also organize weddings and functions for parties both large or small. We can accommodate up to 80 people inside our restaurants and up to 150 in the garden under marquees. The GL Restaurant was voted one of 800 best restaurants in South Africa by Eat Out Magazine in 2007 and 2008.
